Wednesday Weigh-In

Since last Wednesday, I have:


  • exercised 5 times

  • brought my lunch 4 times

  • drank my water

  • reduced the soda intake

  • eaten too many snacks

  • not lost weight

  • not gained weight

I need to journal every day. I need to be diligent in recording what I eat every day. I've been slacking off a bit too much.
