Elmo, Line One.

The other day I was sitting at the table, eating dinner with John and I happened to glance over my shoulder.
Wah?
Yup. Fairly sure at this point that John may be receiving more phone calls than us.

Sunny Day, Sweeping The Clouds Away

SQUEEEEE! Elmo! That's right, we went to Elmo Live again this year.
Who doesn't like Sesame Street?
I'm pretty sure John & I were both equally excited to be at the show.

I cool. I just be sitting here, chillin'.
And then Crazy Eyes shows up to harsh on my groove.
C'mon. It's Big Bird! Elmo!

Bert! Ernie! Cookie Monster! Heaven.

Really? Seriously? MORE Vacation Pictures?

One of the benefits of the rain. Posing for pictures!
I need to get an umbrella like this, isn't it beautiful?
Doesn't it look like he's talking to the flowers?
Although, I wouldn't put anything past John, he may very well be chatting up the blossoms.

A chair built just for John in the "billiard room".
I can't say enough about this house. I loved it. There were 3 floors and 2 private decks and a shared backyard with hot tub.
Last day on vacation. Eating ice cream in the park.
I still can't believe that it took us 2 weeks to find this path.
And because John is John, every part of his body moves when he runs.

EVERY PART.

Still More Vacay Pictures

I'm pretty sure that we picked the coldest and wettest day to visit Sulphur Mountain.
Another one on Steven's wish list. Have a photo taken on the mountain. The original plan was to hike out a bit but FRIG it was way too rainy and cold. Simply amazing that it was July.
Going back down the gondola.
Steven said it looks like John is peeing.

Happy Birthday Steven!
Ah yes. The joy of eating icing.

More Vacation Pictures

Watching the Miner's Day Parade. It was one of those small town parades that if you blinked then you missed it. Literally.
The weather was really weird. I suppose it was different because the town is sitting in a valley. I thought the clouds and the mountains created an awesome effect.
Tee Hee.

One night we went down to the river to watch Steven fish. And then John discovered that he could throw rocks into the river.

I got some great pictures of Steven fishing.

Snack time.

And then he was simply tired. So. Tired.

Another Father and Son Hallmark moment.

Practising with the net so he can be Steven's assistant.

I love this one.

Lake Minnewanka

Lunch at The Grizzly House. I have a really good picture of Whitey but I probably should ask permission to post it.

Grumpy Bear Beer. Yum.

Lake Minnewanka
We missed the boat (hahaha) but seriously we didn't know that we needed to get a ticket for the scheduled departure. So instead of the 2pm boat we had to wander around & wait for the 3pm departure.

My sunglasses camouflaging the crazy eyes.

Steven & John, contemplating a cart-jacking.
John & Auntie Two, looking for rocks.

Look how close the big horn sheep are.
Lake Minnewanka boat cruise. He reminds me of a muppet in this picture. It's summertime and we're carefree.
