Since last Wednesday, I have:
exercised 5 times
drank my water
I have not lost any weight this week.
I have not gained any weight this week.
I have lost inches this week.
I really need to bring my lunch at least 4/5 days.
I need to go to sleep earlier. I need to be in bed, lights out by 10pm on at least 2 nights of the week.
