Wednesday Weigh-In

Since last Wednesday, I have:

exercised 5 times
still worked late too much
drank my water
lost weight
lost inches

yipee me!
I need to work on my sleeping habits.
I also need to stop working late. I need to take a stand and set some limits and/or boundaries at work. I'm getting burned out again.
