Wednesday Weigh-In

Another week, another Wednesday.

Since last Wednesday:

I have:

exercised 5 times
drank my water
drank less soda
packed my lunch every day

I had a small problem with no snacking after 9:00pm. I think the only way to solve it is to go to bed at 9:00pm.

I have to say that I am very proud of myself.
