Wednesday Weigh-In

Haha, made ya look. Are you crazy? I am not divulging my weight.

But I did step on the scale last week and as of today, the needle has gone down.

Since last Wednesday I:
exercised 5 times
packed my lunch for work
drank my water during the day
reduced my soda intake

My new goal for this week is to not snack after 9:00pm.
